Roll 'em up

Get on the track get on the board,
Take that slightly less travelled road.

Take a stand rather than giving a nod,
It's the time you better be wise and bold.

Don't see the mess and feign indifference;
Because deep down, I know you care.

Don't wait for them to fix for you everything,
Your abode is in trouble while you are busy in money minting.

Hold on to dreams and hopes of better tomorrow;
Of safety and prosperity and devoid of sorrows.

So roll your sleeves friends roll em up,
None other than you can change this filthy stuff.

"Let us never forget that government is ourselves and not an alien power over us. The ultimate rulers of our democracy are not a president and senators and congressman and government officials, but the voters of this country." - Franklin D. Roosevelt
